Simplicity Private Equity minority investment into DataTorque

BDO provided Vendor Due Diligence to DataTorque Limited which saw Simplicity Private Equity take a minority equity stake. DataTorque is one of New Zealand’s leading tech players in the revenue management software space.

This is the fund’s fourth direct investment in innovative Kiwi businesses.
